Shipping Policy

Dear Customers,

We use Gdex to ship our products. Both methods provide tracking number that allow our customers to track their packages to their doorstep. Gdex is at the forefront of nationwide package delivery and have a proven track record of success and their dependability is unmatched in the industry.

All items purchase at Brightstarcomputer.com.my are shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT. All parcel shall be shipped by Brightstarcomputer.com.my (Brightstar Computer Sdn. Bhd.) fully sealed or wrapped with security band/sellotape. DO NOT accept the product from the courier representative if the seal is broken and call us immediately. If at any time you feel the package has been lost, opened before it reaches your hand or if it arrives damaged do not accept the package and please call us immediately. Please note that we ask for 1 to 2 business days (depend on stock availability) to process and ship your item from Our HQ branch. Please allow 2 to 5 working days delivery time depends on the courier service.

BrightStar provides Standard Courier Delivery – Malaysia Wide via reputable shipping service providers. We do not ship Internationally.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.  
• All original tags and packaging must be attached to the item.
• Sale, Free, Limited Edition items cannot be returned.
