13mm Drivers with Full-Range Audio - The 13mm drivers are designed to deliver stereo audio for game effects, music, videos and other multimedia content. With a stated frequency response of 20Hz–20kHz, the earbuds support a broad range of sounds for gaming and everyday listening.
Tri-Mode Connectivity with Bluetooth 5.4 - The TX616 supports Bluetooth 5.4 and 2.4GHz wireless connectivity through compatible USB dongles. Bluetooth suits everyday listening and calls, while the 2.4GHz connection is designed for low-latency audio during gaming. The included receiver supports compatible USB-A or USB-C devices, depending on the package configuration.
Dual-Microphone ENC and Low-Latency Gaming - The dual-microphone Environmental Noise Cancellation system helps reduce background noise picked up during calls, supporting clearer voice communication. A dedicated gaming mode is designed to reduce audio delay and improve synchronisation between sound and on-screen action.
Portable Charging Case and Touch Controls - Each earbud has a 40mAh battery, while the 400mAh charging case provides additional power on the go. You must first place your order through our e-commerce website and confirm your order via WhatsApp. After your order is processed, you can pick it up at our Brightstar Mega Store in Plaza Lowyat. We recommend reconfirming the stock availability and payment details through WhatsApp before making a purchase. Standard shipping fees are waived for Click and Collect orders.
How does same-day delivery work?
Same-day delivery ensures your product is delivered on the same day you make a purchase. This service is facilitated through third-party courier services like Lalamove. You must first complete your purchase via the e-commerce website and confirm the order with us on WhatsApp. Once processed, the parcel will be delivered by Lalamove. Standard shipping fees are waived, but third-party fees (Lalamove) will apply. Please confirm stock availability and payment details via WhatsApp before placing your order.
I received the order, but the product is damaged. What should I do?
