Touch controls, a compact charging case and a low-latency gaming mode provide convenient everyday use.
Dual ANC and ENC Noise Reduction - Active Noise Cancellation helps reduce surrounding noise for a more focused listening experience, while Environmental Noise Cancellation helps improve microphone voice clarity during calls and in-game communication. These features support listening and communication in a variety of environments.
Tri-Mode Wireless Connectivity - The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.4 and 2.4GHz wireless connectivity through compatible USB-A or USB-C dongles. Bluetooth is suitable for everyday listening and calls, while the 2.4GHz connection is designed to provide lower-latency audio for compatible gaming devices.
Gaming Mode and Touch Controls - The low-latency gaming mode helps synchronise audio with on-screen action during gameplay. Touch controls allow users to manage playback, calls, volume and other supported functions without reaching for the connected device.
Charging Case and Extended Playback - Each earbud has a 40mAh battery, supported by a 500mAh charging case that can recharge the earbuds multiple times. You must first place your order through our e-commerce website and confirm your order via WhatsApp. After your order is processed, you can pick it up at our Brightstar Mega Store in Plaza Lowyat. We recommend reconfirming the stock availability and payment details through WhatsApp before making a purchase. Standard shipping fees are waived for Click and Collect orders.
How does same-day delivery work?
Same-day delivery ensures your product is delivered on the same day you make a purchase. This service is facilitated through third-party courier services like Lalamove. You must first complete your purchase via the e-commerce website and confirm the order with us on WhatsApp. Once processed, the parcel will be delivered by Lalamove. Standard shipping fees are waived, but third-party fees (Lalamove) will apply. Please confirm stock availability and payment details via WhatsApp before placing your order.
I received the order, but the product is damaged. What should I do?
