LIMITED WARRANTY: A limited warranty on IT products is a guarantee provided by the manufacturer and distributor that covers specific issues or defects that may arise within a specified period after purchase. It excludes third-party damage such as misuse, accidents, and natural wear.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: The limited lifetime warranty guarantees that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, excluding third-party damage such as misuse, accidents, and natural wear. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer and covers specific issues and defects that may arise after purchase.
Warranty period is determined by the respective vendor and brand supplier (distributor). The warranty period commences on the date of purchase as indicated on the purchase invoice, with the shipping duration included in the warranty period.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by third parties during shipping or accidents occurring in transit. Compensation and refund processes for such incidents will be managed by the courier service. Products that are deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA) are eligible for warranty once approved. For DOA items, the shipping fee responsibility will be shared equally (50/50). The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, while Brightstar will cover the shipping fee for sending the replacement product.
