JBL OpenSound Technology & Spatial Sound - JBL OpenSound Technology uses an open-ear Air Conduction design that rests on the curve of the ear rather than inside the ear canal, allowing users to remain aware of their surroundings. JBL Spatial Sound creates a more immersive stereo listening experience while helping direct sound toward the ears.
Hi-Res Audio Wireless & LDAC - Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification and LDAC support enable high-quality wireless audio with 24-bit sound. The adaptive bass boost algorithm adjusts bass according to listening volume, helping maintain rich and detailed low frequencies without excessive distortion. The 16.2mm dynamic driver provides a 20Hz–40kHz frequency response.
4-Microphone AI Call Technology - Four microphones, including two beamforming microphones per ear, work with an AI-trained noise-reduction algorithm to improve voice clarity. How does Click and Collect work?
You must first place your order through our e-commerce website and confirm your order via WhatsApp. After your order is processed, you can pick it up at our Brightstar Mega Store in Plaza Lowyat. We recommend reconfirming the stock availability and payment details through WhatsApp before making a purchase. Standard shipping fees are waived for Click and Collect orders.
How does same-day delivery work?
Same-day delivery ensures your product is delivered on the same day you make a purchase. This service is facilitated through third-party courier services like Lalamove. You must first complete your purchase via the e-commerce website and confirm the order with us on WhatsApp. Once processed, the parcel will be delivered by Lalamove. Standard shipping fees are waived, but third-party fees (Lalamove) will apply. Please confirm stock availability and payment details via WhatsApp before placing your order.
I received the order, but the product is damaged. What should I do?
