Dual-Slot PD Fast Charging - The case accommodates two compatible Insta360 X5 batteries and supports PD fast charging, charging one battery to 80% in approximately 28 minutes under specified conditions. Its intelligent charging management prioritizes battery levels to help manage charging efficiently and includes protection against overcharging.
Charge Three Batteries at Once - With two batteries inside the case and the X5 camera connected through the built-in USB-C cable, the system can charge up to three batteries simultaneously. Charging speed may be reduced when charging the camera and both batteries together; connect power directly to the camera when faster camera charging is required.
Built-In USB-C Cable and Power Bank Function - The integrated USB-C cable eliminates the need to carry a separate cable for compatible charging tasks. The case can also supply emergency power to compatible phones and tablets, making it a practical accessory for travel, outdoor filming, and extended recording sessions away from a power outlet. You must first place your order through our e-commerce website and confirm your order via WhatsApp. After your order is processed, you can pick it up at our Brightstar Mega Store in Plaza Lowyat. We recommend reconfirming the stock availability and payment details through WhatsApp before making a purchase. Standard shipping fees are waived for Click and Collect orders.
How does same-day delivery work?
Same-day delivery ensures your product is delivered on the same day you make a purchase. This service is facilitated through third-party courier services like Lalamove. You must first complete your purchase via the e-commerce website and confirm the order with us on WhatsApp. Once processed, the parcel will be delivered by Lalamove. Standard shipping fees are waived, but third-party fees (Lalamove) will apply. Please confirm stock availability and payment details via WhatsApp before placing your order.
I received the order, but the product is damaged. What should I do?
