xMEMS & 10mm Dual-Driver System - The Aurvana Ace 2 combines xMEMS solid-state drivers with custom-tuned 10mm dynamic drivers to reproduce detailed highs, natural mids and powerful bass. The dual-driver design supports a wide 5Hz–40kHz frequency response for high-resolution audio reproduction.
Snapdragon Sound & aptX Lossless Audio - Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound with aptX Lossless provides CD-quality wireless audio at up to 16-bit/44.1kHz, while Bluetooth 5.3 supports aptX Lossless, aptX Adaptive, aptX, AAC, SBC and LC3 codecs. Bluetooth LE Audio provides an additional high-definition, power-efficient wireless audio option.
Adaptive ANC & Ambient Mode - Qualcomm Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation continuously adjusts noise reduction according to the surrounding environment. Ambient Mode allows users to hear external sounds when needed, with both noise-control functions adjustable through the Creative app.

How does Click and Collect work?
You must first place your order through our e-commerce website and confirm your order via WhatsApp. After your order is processed, you can pick it up at our Brightstar Mega Store in Plaza Lowyat. We recommend reconfirming the stock availability and payment details through WhatsApp before making a purchase. Standard shipping fees are waived for Click and Collect orders.
How does same-day delivery work?
Same-day delivery ensures your product is delivered on the same day you make a purchase. This service is facilitated through third-party courier services like Lalamove. You must first complete your purchase via the e-commerce website and confirm the order with us on WhatsApp. Once processed, the parcel will be delivered by Lalamove. Standard shipping fees are waived, but third-party fees (Lalamove) will apply. Please confirm stock availability and payment details via WhatsApp before placing your order.
I received the order, but the product is damaged. What should I do?
