The Audio-Technica ATH-M40x is a professional closed-back studio monitor headphone designed for accurate tracking, mixing and monitoring. It features 40mm drivers tuned for flat, highly accurate sound reproduction, circumaural earcups for sound isolation and 90° swivelling earcups for convenient one-ear monitoring. Its durable yet comfortable construction and collapsible design make it suitable for both studio and portable use.
40mm Drivers Tuned for Accurate Monitoring - The 40mm drivers use rare-earth neodymium magnets and copper-clad aluminum wire voice coils. They are tuned for a flat frequency response from 15–24,000Hz, allowing detailed and accurate monitoring across the audio spectrum for professional studio work.
Closed-Back Circumaural Design - The closed-back circumaural earcups surround the ears to provide excellent sound isolation in noisy environments while helping minimize audio bleed. This allows users to focus on the audio source during recording, mixing and monitoring.
90° Swivelling & Collapsible Earcups - The earcups swivel 90° for convenient one-ear monitoring, making the ATH-M40x practical for studio engineers and DJs. The headphones can also be collapsed for easier storage and transportation.
Detachable Cables & Professional Construction - The ATH-M40x includes two interchangeable detachable cables: a 1.2–3.0m coiled cable and a 3.0m straight cable, providing flexibility for different studio setups. Professional-grade ear pads and headband materials provide durability and comfort, while the 240g construction keeps the headphones relatively lightweight. A protective carrying pouch and 6.3mm (¼-inch) adapter are included.

You must first place your order through our e-commerce website and confirm your order via WhatsApp. After your order is processed, you can pick it up at our Brightstar Mega Store in Plaza Lowyat. We recommend reconfirming the stock availability and payment details through WhatsApp before making a purchase. Standard shipping fees are waived for Click and Collect orders.
How does same-day delivery work?
Same-day delivery ensures your product is delivered on the same day you make a purchase. This service is facilitated through third-party courier services like Lalamove. You must first complete your purchase via the e-commerce website and confirm the order with us on WhatsApp. Once processed, the parcel will be delivered by Lalamove. Standard shipping fees are waived, but third-party fees (Lalamove) will apply. Please confirm stock availability and payment details via WhatsApp before placing your order.
I received the order, but the product is damaged. What should I do?
