CNY HOLIDAY SHIPPING delay and PAYMENT DELAY

Shipping Delay

Due to the festive season of Chinese New Year, there would be shipping delays at our website platform from 20th January to 24th January 2023. Our shipping will resume back in business on 25th January to deliver all your orders. 

Below will be a breakdown of the current shipping period:

	2 – 3 Working Day	5 – 7 Working Day

Items can still be purchased at our website during this period as we will be working closely with our courier partner to fulfill your orders as as soon as possible.

*Self pickup order is still available at our Plaza Lowyat store from 24th January 2023.

 

Installment Payment Disable

In conjunction with the festive season holiday, both our installment payment option, myIOU and PAYLATER are not available during this period :

	myIOU	PAYLATER
	20th January – 29th January	19th January – 30th January

In the meantime we had temporary disable myIOU and PAYLATER installment payment option. However, you can still select other payment alternative such as iPay88 or FPX.
