Staying at home could be rather suffocating. Yes, I am voicing out the same spirit as you guys… It is so hard to keep yourself occupied, especially when you’re done with the daily tasks.
Due to the Covid-19 lockdown, The World Health Organisation (WHO) has recommended “active video games” as part of its official guidelines for stay-at-home activities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the official guideline, 30 minutes is the bare minimum for adults while a whole hour is necessary for children. The suggested activities are rope jumping, dancing, balance training, online exercise classes and playing “active video games”.
With how much WHO has screwed up in delaying declaration of COVID-19 as a pandemic, it’s not a shock that they decided to contradict themselves. In the past, they did announce that Gaming Disorder as an official mental health problem, but they’re now telling people to play “active” games for those who are stuck in their homes due to quarantine orders.
